This week in Te Ngahere we have been finishing our calendar artwork from last term. Every year we do Calendar Art to give to our family. We have been focusing on drawing continuous lines and shading. After we finished our practices art than we got a big piece of paper and had to trace out the outline. Once we trace out the outline we than get to colour it in using a fading technique. After we have done that we then have to outline the artwork in a black vivid to make the drawing stand out. One thing that I found hard about drawing the calendar art was having to draw a continuous line. Have you done Calendar Art before?
