AJ IS

Yesterday in Te Ngahere  we started a poem about us but we
had to use metaphors to describe ourselves. We couldn’t use boring everyday
words we had to use words that stand out. we were not allowed to use I, because,
like and as. I really enjoy doing this poem because wegot to describe ourselves .

AJ IS…

AJ is a flower, delicate and elegant growing everyday

AJ is a lollie, sweet and delicious with the taste of success
AJ is a butterfly, soft and delightful, flying around trying to stay strong in
the wind

AJ is a star ,shining bright in the sky every night

AJ is a dork diaries book, full of secrets.

Visual mihi

Last week we made a google drawing. We put our mihi on it and we put pictures related to the mihi so it could remind us what the words to the mihi were. For example I chose Maui because he reminds me of the gods.

Check Out My Writing Goals...

Last week in Te Ngahere, we created a google drawing of our Writing Goals. Our WALT was to Identify our next learning goals in writing. The reason why I choose these goals is because I didn't really know what they meant also What I want to achieve is R5 and move to R6 in writing.

Last week In Te Ngahere we had to set some new maths goals and put them  on a google drawing. After we needed to put what we were going to learn. My maths goals were multiplication, division, to solve problems by using repeating addition and order fractions with the same denominator. I picked those goals to get to the national standards in maths and to finish off stage 5.
